The moto case is great, however the inner liner detaches from the double sided sticky tape that was used, so you might want to revisit the part of the design. The Velcro strip works great but it was only used on one side. You should have used it on all four sides, in my opinion.

I like it a lot but I can't give it 5 stars due to the install issues, I had to cut some of the plastic off my baseplate on the bike in order to be able to get the case to slide/lock onto the metal base plate provided, I also had to shave the lock cylinder down a tab in order to get it to be able to fully seat in the lock housing.

Well my MotoCase arrived last week. Excellent quality. That was the last piece of the puzzle. Got my 2023 R1250GS 2 years ago and after some research it didn't take on for me to decide to go with Lone Rider product. The product is second to none. The fit and finish is nice. It shipped too late in she season to really give it a good test. But so far i like it. The 2025 trip is will put it through a 7000 + mile on amd off pavement trip. Thats the test

Visually, it looks very good, and I'm also satisfied with the finish. The MOLLE panel is also super practical, a plus that other top cases don't offer. Unfortunately, it is not practical if you are traveling a lot with a pillion, the MotoCase sits quite far forward on the R1250GS with the standard rack and restricts me and my partner so much that we have almost no freedom of movement. So the MotoCase has to go when riding pillion, although that was the main reason for buying it. Too sad.

Been using the motocase since beginning of August 2024. Delivery of pre-order was delayed for one month, changing some travel plans.
The only problem I have encountered is not being able to drive the motorcycle with the locking cylinder not locked. Due to driving vibrations, the locking mechanism pops open and eventually the lid also gets open. So the only solution is to always lock the lid locking cylinder and driving in the city on multiple short distances makes it really annoying. Lonerider representative said this is normal behaviour, but I doubt it since other motocases (BMW, GIVI, SW-MOTECH) do not function as such.

Love the quality and ease of installation. This will hold my Shuberth C5 helmet with ease and room to spare. Also like the fact they include the programmable keyed locks so that you can program the locks to work with your BMW motorcycle key. Excellent build quality and great looking. Have received lots of compliments on the bike and the LoneRider bag setup.

Ce Top Case est sans doute l’un des plus beaux sur le marché, avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Il est vraiment magnifique.
Cependant, le système de fixation m’a un peu dérouté, surtout en venant de chez Givi. Je trouve qu’il n’est pas à la hauteur de la qualité de votre produit.
Au Quotidien le Top Case est difficile à mettre en place et à enlever, notamment parce que le montage est trop serré. Cela rend l’utilisation un peu moins fluide que ce que l’on pourrait espérer.
Aussi service client au top, ils répondent rapidement et font le maximum, c'est vraiment appréciable

The wait was well worth it! It was especially convenient that is was already setup for the 1250GSA which made installation so easy. The packaging alone is something to be amazed at too. Be aware that everything is quite stiff to begin with - the friction hinges, the mounts to the plate, the lock barrel etc. Use silicon grease to help get things moving and you’ll be happy. I use mine primarily as a daily rider so I store my helmet in it at work but when I go camping it’s my food pantry/table. Overall I’m very happy with the box and it looks so much better on my Triple Black than the other major branded box.

This is what a top case should be. As soon as you open the boxes this product exudes quality. The engineering that went into every aspect of this case is of the highest caliber. There are no compromises where these cases are concerned, everything you've ever wanted in a top case has been implemented with these. The ability to code the lock cylinder to your BMW key is phenomenal. The design and way the mounting plate attaches to the bike is well thought out and most importantly extremely secure. The way the box mounts to the plate is the best I've seen out of all the top boxes I've used over the years. I have no worries that the box will stay put while on the road. I bought the 57L, it is cavernous. The extras that they include, the inner liner to protect your gear and the interior of the box is fantastic and not cheap thin foam, the inner bag is of the same quality as the inner bags they provide for most of their other luggage, and they include one of the highest quality cargo nets I've used, the rechargeable tap light is bright and easy to use and a great addition for those of us that ride at night, the molle panels make it easy to add additional quick access storage.. Everything is included, there's no piece mailing everything together like other manufacturers make you do. You select your bike from the list and it all comes together, ready to be installed. All the other luggage manufacturers need to take notice, Lone Rider is how you make motorcycle luggage. High quality, functional, and looks amazing.

I did not ultimately keep the MotoCase but that was not due to the MotoCase or the incredible service that Anna provided. It turns out that USA F750GS motorcycles do not have a compatible rear rack unless you have either the base rear rack (not Vario) or the Adventure rack. The MotoCase appears to be an exceptional product.

I thoroughly like products from lone rider,I have the mototent, handlebar bag, rackless panniers and the headlightguard however I have to leave a negative thought, when I ordered this motocase I knew it was a pre order and would be a while before I receive this item, I am fully aware that things can go wrong with materials and such like.
But my concern is with aftersales customer care, it is now nearly october, was initially told august for delivery and have not been informed of the status of my purchase,

The case is amazingly engineered and thoughtfully designed and considered. I rate as a 4/5 due to the amount of time to assemble. Far from plug and play, so set aside 2-3 hours of going back and forth between the video and assembly. The video is excellent however. Coding the locks was a tedious task, but in fairness it is a nice touch for BMW owners. On my GS 1300 the case overlaps the pillion seat by a few inches, making 2 up a lot tighter. Overall an amazing product.

This Top Case holds a lot! It holds my e2 helmet plus a single BMW top case bag from TourMaster. Or you can load 25 17 oz soda bottles and still have room.
This Top Case mounts securely it does not interfere with the mirrors. At this time i can't criticize anything about this case. I'm leaving on two trips will see how weather proof.

Only just received the top case. I plan to add a Rotopax external mount with a delrin plastic backing plate inside and outside of the case to mount for extra water for camping. I did have to change my Touratech rear rack for the BMW OEM rack but was a quick task then the new mounting rack, which is extremely sturdy attached very easily. The new case is very large with lots of internal room. The outside is really nice looking with lots of places to attach bags and other items.

Par contre le temps que j'ai du attendre le top caisse il était très long et peut de informations à-propos de la livraison.
E pour ma part j'attendais un geste commercial ou un petit cadeau pour le temps que je du attendre pour le top caisse (5 mois).

Can’t show it as I’m waiting for a spare part for the adopter plate , I have informed yous & sent photos as one of the studs that the box slides on to has broken & won’t stay in the location hole in the adopter plate. Trying to sort a temporary solution for my trip next week, till yous get some replacements .

I had watched the utube videos from the planning stage of the back box right through and jumped in straight away for the first pre orders. As I already had the semi rigid bags and was really impressed with the overall design and quality of them I knew that the top box was going to be of good quality. My only dilemma was the single or double helmet holder as it was hard to judge just by watching videos. In the end I ordered the larger box and am really glad I did.
Fantastic work guys from the little touch light, the small netting on the inside top side,the dry bag and the ease of fitting. And I nearly forgot the locks that you can adapt to fit your BMW key

Bought the large moto case and absolutely love it. First I have to say Anna is amazing. Quick to respond and always extremely helpful. As for the case I got it last week. Put it on Sunday and have put a few hundred miles on it. Very very well constructed. Very easy to setup/install and love the features. I initially thought oops when I first saw the size out of the box but honestly once it was on it looks amazing and I don’t feel like it has made any negative impact in riding. Thank you lone rider!

Nach langem Warten habe ich die kleine Version vom Motocase endlich erhalten. Das Paket ist super angekommen und es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Die Box und der Träger sind sehr hochwertig und durchdacht verarbeiten konstruiert und gebaut worden!
Die befestigung zwischen der Box und dem Träger ist eher fest, die Verriegelung hält bombenfest! Alles in allem ist es ein wirklich sehr geiles Produkt geworden! Mein Klim Krios Pro passt samt aufgeklebtem Sena in die Kiste und kann verschlossen werden!
