After a visit in a ditch, wet and slippery clay in the center of the track, the quick lock system on my pannier was damaged. After a chat with customer service, LoneRider sent me the needed parts. The only thing that was unrepaireble, was the bolt that’s in one of the pictures. I tried to get some extra keys made in the USA. The keys are an odd size blank for the U.S. I was willing to buy them and L. R. rider was kind enough to send some keys with a couple of extra cylinders/locks. At N.C. thanks lone rider The moto bags are great used them on 2 trips so far this year

It's nice that LR sent me the plastic bracket that had to be broken off to remove it due to seized bolts straight from the factory. Since the bolt needed to be grounded off and it's a security torx, it'd have been even nicer if the replacement bolt was included too ;) Other than that, no complaints. Thanks.
